RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items received more than 30 days after purchase date or that have been opened may not be returned.
International Shipments
Once your order leaves our hands through the carriers of your choice Goldnskin llc is NOT liable for delivery issues, whether it be delayed or missing mails.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Forced international returns
- Returns without prior contact
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@goldnskin.com

We are proud to offer FREE STANDARD / PRIORITY shipping for our US customers with purchase of $150 or more.
The subtotal (after discounts & before taxes) for the cart must be at least $100.00 in order to qualify for free shipping.
For orders below $150, a flat rate of $9.45 will be applied for standard shipping.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
WE HAVE A 3 DAYS PROCESSING TIME BEFORE ORDER SHIPS. It may ship earlier but no later than that.
We do not ship weekends.
We offer expedited processing for a flat rate of $29
Express shipping ( 1 - 2 days / over night delivery ) is different from expedited processing, express shipping is usps delivery after the order is processed. You're paying the post office to deliver your mail over night or next day. Shipping express is subject to usps pricing.
If you want your order processed same day ( orders that come in before noon or next day for orders that come after noon ) you will need to request for expedited processing
Processing time is generally within 3 business days, shipping speeds do not include processing time.

STOLEN AND LOST PACKAGE
GOLDNSKIN LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS ON FILE. OR FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS ON FILE IS CORRECT AND LOCATION FOR DELIVERY IS SAFE. IF YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS THE RESPECTIVE FULFILLMENT THIRD-PARTIES, SUCH AS USPS, MUST BE CONTACTED FOR FURTHER RESOLUTION.
You can file a claim directly with the usps.
GOLDNSKIN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ORDERS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. ONCE IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED WE CAN NOT RETRIEVE IT OR ISSUE A REFUND FOR IT.
RETURN SHIPPING
IF we made a mistake while shipping your order, or your order needs to be returned for no fault of yours we will send you a free return shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping. Aside of this, customer is responsible for cost of return. see shipping policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are return shipping an item over $75, without our return shipping label you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
DAMAGES
We know that happens some times so we are here for you ! It is important to us to your order arrives in good condition, so If you received your order damaged, please document properly and make sure to contact us within 48 hours of the delivery so we can ship out another or you will need to contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us or filing a claim.

GOLDNSKIN LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International shipping rates will be calculated based on your shipping address, and weight of the order but the amount exclude all taxes and import fees! We are not responsible for customs fees and tariffs.
